תשובות לתרגול
- rides
Answer: rides. 'Every day' describes a routine, so we use the present simple. With he/she/it the verb takes -s: rides.
- are cleaning
Answer: are cleaning. 'Look!' and 'right now' show an action in progress, so we use the present progressive: are cleaning.
- ran
Answer: ran. 'Last summer' is a finished time in the past, so we use the past simple: ran (irregular verb run – ran – run).
- have never seen
Answer: have never seen. We talk about life experience up to now with the present perfect: have never seen.
- will be
Answer: will be. A real possibility in the future uses the first conditional: if + present simple, will + verb.
- opened
Answer: opened. A finished date (in 2020) needs the past simple, not the present perfect.
- are
Answer: are. 'Cars' is plural and 'today' is present, so: there are.
- gives
Answer: gives. A repeated habit in the present uses the present simple; with 'our teacher' (he/she) add -s: gives.
